For Ron and Sharon:

Ron and Sharon do not take a salary from the ministry (never have). Living on campus at Montebello, their basic needs have always been met…right alongside the children living on campus. Personal needs beyond food and shelter would include clothing, an allowance for their Friday date-night…and for the occasional trip to the States for a family event.

In ministry, there is rarely a time when they could look at their budget and say, "we have an abundance, let's get some new shoes or go somewhere for the weekend". It is always a crisis of conscience to spend money on something personal when they are surrounded by so many other needs. So, we have set up a separate account for gifts that would be specifically for the support of Ron and Sharon.

The idea is not that others would sacrifice while giving so that Ron and Sharon can prosper. So, we will provide a (intended weekly) dated report showing what was received and detailing what was spent. "Gifts Received" within the report period will be updated as received. (Please put a note with your gift designating the purpose.
